We've been eating here for years! The food is always delicious! The menu is very extensive! Side note, not many people realize that they also offer a delicious breakfast menu on the weekends!
I can remember when mi ranchito was new in old Olathe pizza hut off 56 hwy, and I believe that this is extended family or something. Either way muy bueno! Glad to see they've expanded too, and the location they took over in Louisburg has to be a god send to them as the Mexican joints before was meh, at best.
First off, the non-alcoholic drinks are amazing. I had a mango daiquiri that was awesome. Second, the staff and food are amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful. Many dishes on the menu. Clean restaurant.
The is a great place to go if you really like Mexican food, and the food is great! And the staff are great at explaining the menu to you if you're a gringo and not quite up on lingo lol! It's great for lunch or a night out ! You can never go wrong with tacos!
Fiid was fabulous! Service was exceptional! Food really good! Austin is a good server. Another great lunch at El Potro! Whoever does the hiring here is very good. We had another great waitress Holly! Food was excellent. They are a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Got seated quickly and our server was super nice, just a bit on the slow side. Food tasted great and had a bunch of flavor. Loved how when you get chips and salsa they also bring out a small thing of queso, which was addictive. Refried beans tasted great as well as the tamales.
So delicious! Jays Chimichanga could have been a little crispier, but it was still So good! My margarita was really good, and the #1 Combo I got was was yummy! The plates were so hot, the plastic container with Jay's cheese sauce was melting on the bottom, lol. Our hostess and server were friendly and attentive. We've been here before and had the same experience each time. Very family friendly.
Had a great experience with this restaurant as a first time diner! Our server was kind (unfortunately I did not get her name) and the food was excellent. I ordered the Steak Fajita Burrito!
We finally stop to have breakfast and WOW it was delicious. Everything was so fresh. The staff is always so nice. We usually come here for dinner and it’s always amazing.
Omg! The white queso that comes to the table with chips and salsa is to AMAZING! I would have been happy to stop right there. But the food is also really freaking good. Even the fries were great. The portions are definitely plentiful. Staff is friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean. I would gladly drive back here just for the queso though and I am a few hours drive away, but if I am ever passing through the area again...I will definitely add it as a must stop.
